Slopes / Lift Passes
To ski or snowboard freely, you must book a time slot online. Please note: there is a surcharge of €5 per ticket when purchasing at the ticket office. Payment at the ticket office can only be made by debit card.
Tube sliding is available in Terneuzen, Landgraaf, Rucphen-Breda, Antwerp, and Amnéville. Sledding is only permitted in Terneuzen, and for safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring your own sled.
Through MijnSnowWorld you can easily move or cancel your booking yourself. Log in at shop.snowworld.com, select your booking and change the date or time slot.
If you cancel your booking, you will receive a credit. If you move your visit to a more expensive period, you can pay the difference right away.
Can't manage via MijnSnowWorld? Please contact us on +31 (0)85 902 0606 or by email at information@snowworld.com. Have your booking reference and the email address used for your order ready.
Please note: This is only possible up to 60 minutes before your visit.
No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been cancelled or refunded.
Our lift passes are date- and time-bound. Below is an overview of validity per ticket type:
- Tickets purchased via external partners are valid until the indicated date (see promotion terms).
- Tickets bought at the SnowWorld ticket office are only valid on the day of purchase.
- Online tickets bought via snowworld.com, with a preselected date, time slot and location, are only valid on that date, time slot and location.
- By default, all tickets include 5 minutes of free overtime; after that, a rate of €2.50 per 5 minutes applies.
- It is not possible to enter before your booked time slot.
- Are you later than the time you reserved? Please contact us by phone on +31 (0)85 902 0606.
- Want to give a product as a gift or buy one without a date and time? Choose our SnowWorld Giftcard! You can use it to purchase a product later.
A children's lift pass is valid for children up to and including 12 years old. From 13 years old, an adult lift pass is required.
You can easily make an additional booking for equipment alone in the ticket shop. Choose the “Rent Equipment” option.
If you leave the slope temporarily, your lift pass stops timing. When you re-enter the slope, time resumes. You may leave and return without losing time on your pass.
Yes — you can use your own snowboard or rent one from us.
All our snowboards have a duck stance. This means you can ride them either left foot forward (regular) or right foot forward (goofy). It is not possible to adjust the binding stance on site.
Are you bringing your own skis? Please note that we are unable to adjust them for you on site.
You may only access the slopes with a valid ski pass. If you wish to come along with your children, partner, family or friends, you must have your own ski pass and also be skiing or snowboarding. Of course, you can also watch the slopes from the heated slope bar whilst enjoying a lovely drink.
We always have plenty of stock!
SnowWorld enforces a helmet requirement at all locations. All guests entering the slope are required to wear a helmet. If you don’t own one, SnowWorld provides a helmet free of charge.
